Grandma's Surprise Party - April 8th, 2006

Photos courtesy of Vista

The entire family went to Florida in April for my Grandmothers surprise birthday party. We had to bring sport coats, I was told. All of these photos were taken by my Aunt.

Stella started to get sick that weekend. Eventually we learned that she caught Rotavirus. At first she just started out cranky, but we went to the hospital when the bodily fluids started flying.

Stella learned to splash in the bath this trip.
Bathtime has never been so fun.

There is nothing quite as tasteful as yearling fingers. Stella discovered how to get them fresh from the source.

At 85, Gigi is still spry enough to tumble on the mats with the kids.
Stella is sitting up quite well at this point, but is unable to right herself
if she tips over. She has since learned that skill.

Babies love whispering in ears. Especially this one.

Another picture of a sick Stella.

She found her tongue recently. Hooray.

She is also always doing this with her lips. It must feel good.

Big reader. She can point to Clifford in one of the books. Pretty good.

Yet one more crying picture

This is near the end of the party when we all started to wear out.

Hail Damage

Monkey noises are a big hit

When she reads she still moves her lips. I think that is OK though.

Sniggles out!
